Over the years, he had tried many things to get rid of them. Went to doctors and visited holy places from many different faiths, none of which worked and left him feeling more and more hopeless with each failure. The pain the attempts brought down on him from them certainly didn't help.

He had resigned himself to never be free, Every attempt had failed after all.
